     In organizations planning is a key issue, nothing should be left to fate or improvisation, you have to plan every project to develop and for that, it requires a lot of information. It is necessary to collect and organize all that information, usually found in the same company, but disseminated in the various areas. The system analysis of the companies requires precise data to be able to offer a panorama that detail the state in detail and not of general form.

      Here are 9 keys to carry out a correct analysis of the business systems.

1. Define the system for which the planning is to be done. A clear and precise definition is needed and, in case the planning is not of the company in general but of a specific area, it is necessary to specify the limits of the system.

6. Indicate what are the preferences of the administration of the company that will have to do with the operation style of the same.

7. Establish what has been the performance of the company in the past and how it does today.

8. Identify the company's competitors, their size, the market share they occupy, how they are distributed geographically.
