well-being and euphoria. Exercising the muscles release chemicals substances
that run through the body and help burn fat and strengthen the skeleton. These
substances also prevent brain cells from dying from nerve cells, while helping
to create new connections between cells. This is why exercise helps prevent
dementia and depressions.

Rest: Is very important, because when we sleep we perform cellular repair activities.
Resting properly make easy learning, regenerates and replenishes what we have
spent during the day and learns what has reached the brain. Rest helps to
releases the accumulated tensions.
