interaction. The executive director of any organization acts as a facilitator for
the communicating between the different directions. It is very important that
the executive director or general manager work according to a plan which he has
outlined the direction of the company, its values, with absolute knowledge of
the behavior of its clients, and as we said at the beginning of these lines,
for the executive director creativity have to be a fundamental value in its
actions and to make the right decisions.
The world
today, the dynamics of markets, technological advances, are a reality that
clothe us and demand leadership of the future, see beyond the apparent and the
near, the immediate. The executive director should be able to project the
organization into the future. Small and
medium-sized enterprises (SMEs),
are and will continue to be a fundamental factor for the economic growth and

design creative strategies that put them at the forefront of productivity,

to be aware of their strengths and weaknesses, be open people to ask for help

sales work the rest of the directions have the route marked.
In

different product than the rest of the market offers. Your purpose should

allies. Finally, the CEO or general have to break established paradigms,
innovate at all times and not be afraid of risks.
