Creativity is the secret of every executive director



Por Mauro Libi.- At the boss of any organization you have to find someone with the ability to have a broad vision of both, internally and externally of the company that runs. It have to be a person capable of visualizing opportunities where the majority only sees difficulties, have to be able to communicate and be clearly understood, but especially, the executive director of any business have to be creative. Decision making is not anything, deciding one way or another is simply marking the route that an organization has to follow.
 
     Success in companies or businesses is achieved when the person in charge understands how the different areas that comprise it should be integrated. Likewise, it is necessary to institute a system that favors feedback and productive interaction. The executive director of any organization acts as a facilitator for the communicating between the different directions. It is very important that the executive director or general manager work according to a plan which he has outlined the direction of the company, its values, with absolute knowledge of the behavior of its clients, and as we said at the beginning of these lines, for the executive director creativity have to be a fundamental value in its actions and to make the right decisions. 


     The world today, the dynamics of markets, technological advances, are a reality that clothe us and demand leadership of the future, see beyond the apparent and the near, the immediate. The executive director should be able to project the organization into the future. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), are and will continue to be a fundamental factor for the economic growth and development of the countries and therefore, their executive directors must design creative strategies that put them at the forefront of productivity, profitability and competitiveness. Also, the executive director or general have to be aware of their strengths and weaknesses, be open people to ask for help when necessary to all areas that are alien to them. It should put a lot of emphasis on the strengthening of the commercial department, because when the sales work the rest of the directions have the route marked.

      In addition, the executive director has to insist on offering the customer a different product than the rest of the market offers. Your purpose should always be to make your organization and its products and / or services unique. You can never ignore the client and for this, social networks will be your main allies. Finally, the CEO or general have to break established paradigms, innovate at all times and not be afraid of risks.
