
For you and your company to be the first at discovering, learning and adapting to the latest in technology it takes a certain attitude. It is important for your company to hire people that have a positive attitude. you want an environment where your employees believe that they are the best and that they will remain the best. People that do not believe that they do not have the ability to be the best will not come up with new ideas. If the attitude in the company is that you will not get the support to do your research then you probably will not put in the effort needed to come up with that winning idea.
If you work in a company where there are negative attitudes. Where employees do not like being in that company, you will not get your best from your employees in that situation. Employees will constantly be looking for a different place to work at that they actually want to be at. So employee turnover may be high. In an environment of negativity you will not find your team working towards any positive goals, there will not be any spirit of cooperation, sick calls from employees will be more common, no one will really try to utilize their skills to their maximum abilities.
