One of the secrets revealed by Bill Gates, who for over 22 years has held the top spot in Forbes magazine as the richest man in the world is that in order to reach the first place we must work tirelessly, focusing on target , tirelessly and remain convinced that the chosen path will lead to the goal.

 And the people who succeed tend to stand out from the rest because they are always ready for action, always available to do more, and to generate expanded opportunities, do not usually complain of life, or the people and work. They are creating Positive changes in its wake. They are creative and know how to locate the possibilities where others see adversity.

Bill Gates says he was always willing to work 20 hours a day if necessary and nowadays he does the same, despite being the world's richest man. Successful people know that the road to the top is hard. It does not always yield the expected immediate results. They know that at the end of the tunnel is the goal and they inspire action to those who come after.
