Mauro Libi Crestani. To work in an organization involves leading a particular task that is crucial but difficult to carry out: motivation. It is a kind of the  fuel that must be supplied continuously.

Now, it is important to understand that motivation is not unidirectional, but it comes and goes.

It is important to know the partner and work all the time in the creation of conditions to undertake actions aimed at achieving its goals and objectives of the company or enterprise.

Who have on their shoulders the administration of human talent in organizations tend to motivate from outside, which is an input error. Motivating involves moving and, of course, that tired.

The first thing to clarify is that we do not motivate anyone, but set the conditions that are conducive in other people's interest to support our propositions, the organizational objectives are created, and move in a direction that is attractive and also receives a benefit.

That is, no one is going to move to do something that is not providing revenues.

We are talking about something that is more than an economic benefit that now is no longer the factor that moves the worker, especially if we take into account the impact that inflation is having on the world.

Now the employee moves from one company to another in search of something more than a good salary. He goes in search of a good political loyalty of a package in which it is respected, will stimulate, you consider, you will provide working conditions that involve physical and psychosocial health, among other things. The task is arduous and involves challenge that stimulate the rest to achieving organizational objectives. It is essential that the rest of the team endorse corporate purposes. We must make the worker understands that if the organization is well, as he will be, too, must be done co-participate in the work of greening the company and therefore employment.

 Studies show that organizations should, when setting its objectives and goals, take into account the habits and customs of the clientele to offer products and services that meet their needs will also meet our partners in the company, is our workers. (Mauro Libi)

Mauro Libi Crestani: Customers make purchasing decisions because they have carefully considered a set of good information, right?

Wrong.

By Mauro Libi Crestani. Buying decisions are always the result of a change in the customer's emotional state. While information may help change that emotional state, it's the emotion that's important, not the information.

Our emotions trigger us to buy. Don't make the mistake thinking that people buy what they need. People buy what they want. Needs are driven by logic while wants are driven by emotions.

If you figure out the key to how to appeal to a customers wants  then you can find more eager customers.

This is all about………  ‘Positive Marketing.’

You have to create a positive customer attitude toward your product.

The $200 pair of  jeans that you are selling has to be the one that teens find appealing. They could easily let their mom pick out a $15 pair of jeans, but that is not what they want and their wants dictate their needs and therefore it is not what they will buy.

Does your marketing give off a positive appeal to your target customers and create a positive want. A desire so strong that they have to have it.  Like the sports car commercial or ad showing that beautiful young girl, that your midlife male customers want to attract with his purchase of this fancy sports car.

Don't mistake your market for "everyone who needs your product". You will waste time and money trying to convince people who need your product to want it. The best target market for you is people who want your product. They may or may not need it. As long as they want it they might buy it from you. Consider what you bought lately that you did not need but you wanted.

You might feel that you need a glass of wine, a shot of scotch or a beer at the end of a tough day - but the reality is that you want it. We all need to eat - but no one needs a Sirloin steak, deep-dish pizza or Black Forest cake. We eat those things because we want them.

Come up with a positive message appealing to the wants of your customers. To their desires and their wishes and their dreams. Make them understand that if they buy from you, it will make them happier that they did so. Keep in mind the following question ----- Why do we buy? We buy because of emotional wants. Mauro Libi Crestani: ¿ Positive depressión ?

By Mauro Libi Crestani- "I only know that summer sang in me a little while, that in me sings no more." That excerpt from one of her sonnets expresses how much poet Edna St. Vincent Millay  probably knew of depression.

Psychiatrist Kay Redfield Jamison, herself a person with bipolar disorder or manic depression, notes in her book ‘Touched with Fire’  that the majority of people suffering from mood disorder "do not possess extraordinary imagination, and most accomplished artists do not suffer from recurring mood swings."

She writes, "To assume, then, that such diseases usually promote artistic talent wrongly reinforces simplistic notions of the 'mad genius.' But, it seems that these diseases can sometimes enhance or otherwise contribute to creativity in some people. Biographical studies of earlier generations of artists and writers also show consistently high rates of suicide, depression and manic-depression."

In simple terms, there may be some poets, some writers and other great genius who are very depressed and can still be creative. President Abraham Lincoln was such a person. He had bouts of manic depression and he was very creative in his speeches, in his thinking. But the fact is that some people can still remain positive despite having depression. They are the exceptions. Abraham Lincoln was such an exception.  Besides, their quality of life very poor. Even the ones who are depressed that can still maintain creativity , they do not know how to enjoy life.

Being successful in your career is of no value if you can not enjoy life. But like I said, most people with depression lose their creativity. Marie osmond sumed it up best, "I'm collapsed in a pile of shoes on my closet floor. I have no memory of what it feels like to be happy. I sit with my knees pulled up to my chest. It's not that I want to be still. I am numb." This is what depression usually does. It takes away your ability to be of any value business wise, family wise and to have a personal life. Doctors think the combination of short-term treatment with medications plus the long-term use of positive thinking  might reduce depressive symptoms.  Mauro LibiCrestani.

Mauro Libi Crestani: Positive attitude can help you to arise your success

Positive attitude is the reason that a country like United States exist. There were times during the revolutionary war when it looked like George Washington was going to lose the war to the British. yet, he persisted and kept a positive attitude. "We should never despair our situation before has been unpromising and has changed for the better so I trust it will again. If new difficulties arise we must only put forth new exertions and proportion our efforts to the exigency of the times."  

Negative attitude can be so destructive it can destroy one's life and sometimes bring down a country or government. Richard Nixon was paranoid, he believed that people were always out to harm him. This attitude hurt what otherwise may have been considered a great presidency. In 1962 Nixon ran for the California governorship and lost. He made this promise,  "You won't have Nixon to kick around anymore..."  

When Richard Nixon ran for re election for the presidency in 1972, he won by 20 million votes and 520 to 17 in the electoral college. He won almost every state. Why did Mr Nixon request the Democratic party break in when he had no chance of losing the presidency. He had such  low self esteem and such negative attitude that he could not be assured of victory, even when it was so evident. As a result his government fell and he was the only American President to resign in shame. 

Another Republican President Ronald Reagan was called by many, the Positive Thinking Evangelist.  Many in the Republican Party quote and speak of Ronald Reagan as the ideal for their parties ideas. To be finally understood, Reagan must be seen as a product of the positive-thinking movement. Indeed, it was Reagan’s song of the positive—as articulated in thousands of speeches as a conservative activist, California governor, and U.S. president—that, more than any other factor, made the principle of brighter tomorrows and limitless possibilities into the idealized creed of America. 

Reagan spoke of American greatness and when he did, people believed him.

Mauro Libi Crestani: Harvard most popular course is on positive attitude

Universities are beginning to believe in the power of a positive mindset.  At Harvard University their most popular course is on positive attitude.  Below I would like to summarize a memo to the students at Ferris State University. The memo is titled "Developing a positive mindset: changing your attitude to change your life".

In summary, the University believes that in many instances the failure of a student to complete their course of study has to do with negative attitudes. For students to be successful in school a winning attitude helps. They write in their memo to the students that " attitude is everything".

A student when he has difficulty has the option to give up or to say " I will find a solution". When things are not going well then admit it to yourself and change it. Change is always scary but less scary when you believe and trust yourself.  People who are depressed find it hard to take corrective action and tend to allow a bad situation to linger on.

Wake up with a smile and with energy. You have a lot to accomplish and enjoy today. Life is short, and you are going to make the most of this day, and every day after that.  The nature of the human mind is to offer worries, anxieties and fears. However how often do these actually come true? The mind can easily exaggerate problems making them appear more serious than they actually are. Our thoughts are also very powerful and will determine our perception of the world.  Bad times don't last forever. Say to yourself, "This too will pass."

Even when difficulties are seemingly insurmountable there is no harm in smiling at our difficulties. When we smile it releases a chemical, serotonin, which makes us feel better. Also others will respond better to people who are smiling. Associate with positive people in your classes and on campus. I would suggest you partner up in study groups and even look to either socialize or join resume building activities clubs.  High achievers, as do poor students with poor attitudes, rub off on anyone associating with either group.

Students with positive attitudes have been found to be happier, to enjoy their studies and school more and to have more friends.

Mauro Libi Crestani: Shared value initiative

Bernie Sanders who is presently running to be President of the United States said the following, "political revolution to transform our country economically, politically, socially and environmentally." All the democratic candidates blamed all social issues, such as poverty, crime, lack of decent job opportunity and global warming issues on corporations.  not acceptable for it's people.

Consider the above, think about it and now you have the answer as to what the corporations gain by creating a shared value initiative. The creators of shared value initiative believed that corporations can solve society problems far better than government. A corporations run programs to help the communities in American towns and globally then they create raving fans. Fans for their product and fans that see corporations as good and not as evil.

If corporations followed a shared value initiative program helping society then people will not look toward governments for help. 

Shared value initiative says that by corporations spending the money to invest into society issues, not only will they help others, they will also help their own company. people will look toward corporations to help them and not so much for government help.

Mauro Libi Crestani: Bad attitude, no business

Norman Vincent Peale said, " A person who sends out positive thoughts activates the world around him positively and draws back to himself positive results".  A positive attitude is contagious. As a leader you set the tone. Imagine, if a company has a morning huddle of its top executives with the president of the company. The president has a bad attitude. He comes in criticizing his mangers. He puts them down and tells everyone that the company will probably go under. He threatens their jobs and they do not feel happy about the company or secure. How do you think the managers will then in turn treat their employees? How do you think they will treat their customers?

The good news it that it works the other way also. It's amazing how your attitude, whether positive or negative,  as a manager can set the tone among your workers and customers. Have you ever worked around someone with an unpleasant attitude? Did you like it? If you set the tone for a positive attitude, if you can make your employees feel like they are the best and can accomplish anything, they in turn will make their customers feel like they are the best and can accomplish anything. Would you want to be around such happy people, around a group of winners?

Now this is not always easy. When you have personal issues, financial issues , business concerns, in those times it is. It always easy to have a positive attitude. One of my friends who was a true business leader and ran a very successful company was always upbeat and positive. When I found out later all his family problems, I was surprised. I had no idea. I always thought he had s charmed life. He was the person who I admired and thought had a charmed life.

There is a song from a children's movie with this powerful message. " That's why you gotta never let them see you down, gotta smile while you are hurting, and whistle while you work".

So remember that you do control your attitude. Have a positive outlook and you will lift the spirits of those around you. You will find that not only will you be successful but those around you will thrive under your leadership.

Mauro Libi Crestani: The word success is there only in the dictionary?

A young reader of my blogs said that in his personal experience, he understood that success was only a word was in the dictionary, and apparently - according to their perception-had only a linguistic meaning. He also told me that he found it "interesting" that I considered my father as "asuccessful man".

Certainly there are many people who have the same perception of the success that the young reader. For years they have perceived the victory as something that does not exist and have not received information about the true nature of success, as individuals, as entrepreneurs and as a society.

Since I'm not an expert in these matters, I just dedicate myself to write my opinion on such issues, I suggest you review the dictionary definition of success, exactly as the young man says. In the dictionary of the Spanish language it says that success is a word of Latin origin on exitus meaning ("Exit"), and the concept refers to the right effect or consequence of an action or of an enterprise. Its root is more or less obvious by the context in which we use this word as many times expressed "excel," "out above the competition" and "out of the darkness of anonymity".

He explains that success is a subjective and relative share, and is associated with the victory and gaining merit-based objectives.

How I personally interpret success is when we plan the goals we want in life, whether medium or large, and we succeeded. We accomplished our planned goal.

There are many who say that success is measured by the degree of satisfaction of having achieved a goal to my satisfaction. This is a feeling of success and accomplishment. It's a good internal feeling. This can only be described as a spiritual feeling.

Our commercial and materialistic society these days establishes a relationship between success and material wealth or fame and celebrity. This perception is distorted.  If you are not as famous as Justin Bieber or rich like Tiger Woods, then you feel unsuccessful.

Those who are not satisfied internally when they achieve a goal, however small, are likely to have problems in understanding how success works. Success leads to a state of satisfaction but does suggest greater responsibility, more organization, discipline and working  hard work without rest. Focus on the goal and the daily details and reinforce positive attitude.

I recommend to all those who do not believe in success, or who fear success defined targets. What do they want in their life ?, Where do they want to go once they know what they want. Face your obstacles to realizing those goals and overcome those obstacles. Work with determination on the rail leading to the conclusion of those goals.
