A successful job interview

By Mauro Libi.-      Nowadays, looking for a job it’s kind of difficult. It is a process that requires patience, knowledge and experience. You need to be self-confidence to be the one who’s going to have the job.

In the process, to get a job, you should do some testing that are designed by employers to analyze different aspects that will consider for the job. At the moment of the interview, it is analyzed (as we have said before) knowledge and experience but also, the employer wants accurate answer to the questions made. In the same way, they looking for self-confidence, willing staff and they be capable to face every situation.

The enterprises want people to talk about themselves without doubts, people who can argue with the ability to sum up without losing their train of thought. They (enterprises) aspire to someone to stand up in front of them to speak fluently and be proactive, someone who can make a good team, to pay attention to others, that priorizates the group objectives than theirs. Moreover, they are interested in someone who cares about the many ways to get the work done, in somebody that knows how negotiate and resolve the problems.

In addition, be punctual, I mean, be fifteen minutes before the appointment. Keep quiet in the right moments, be polite and kind with the employer by showing them you know what they are saying and last but not least, be aware of your clothing. Let them know you are willing to learn, show them you can work in any circumstances.

So, be prepared for your next job interview and good luck!
